Contact CouponHive
CouponHive is run by a small editorial team. We don't have a contact form, a chat widget, or a help-desk queue — we have inboxes, and an editor reads each one. If you've found a code that doesn't work, spotted a factual error in a buying guide, or want to reach the newsroom, the right address is below.
Editorial — tips, corrections, and dead codes
For tips on unlisted codes, factual corrections to any of our writing, or to flag a code that's no longer working: editorial@couponhive.com
This is the inbox our verification team checks first thing every morning and again after the afternoon sweep. If you're reporting a broken code, including the store name, the code, and roughly when you tried it speeds things up considerably. Reader reports are the single most useful signal we have for catching dead codes between scheduled sweeps.
Partnerships — affiliate networks and retailers
For affiliate program managers, in-house e-commerce teams, and network reps who want to share an upcoming promotion or discuss an existing relationship: partners@couponhive.com
A few notes before you write. We don't accept paid placement, sponsored coupon listings, or guaranteed-feature deals — all editorial decisions stay with the editorial team, regardless of commission rate. We're happy to be added to upcoming-promotion notification lists, and we're always open to direct affiliate relationships with retailers we already cover. We don't add new stores to the site on request; new coverage is decided editorially based on reader interest and category fit.
Press and media
For interview requests, commentary on retail and consumer trends, or to reach a specific editor for quotes: press@couponhive.com
Our editors are happy to speak on the record about retail pricing, sale calendars, the coupon-affiliate ecosystem, and how the industry has changed over the past few years. We can usually turn a same-day quote on a developing story if you reach us before 4pm ET. For longer-lead pieces, give us a few days.
General questions
For everything else — reader feedback, suggestions for stores or categories to cover, accessibility issues with the site, anything that doesn't fit one of the categories above: hello@couponhive.com
Privacy and legal
Data requests under CCPA, GDPR, or any other applicable privacy regulation: privacy@couponhive.com. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to exercise your rights.
For takedown requests, trademark concerns, or any other legal matter: legal@couponhive.com
Response times
Our editorial inbox is checked twice daily on weekdays. We aim to acknowledge editorial tips and broken-code reports the same day they arrive, and to publish any resulting corrections within 24 hours. Partnership and press inquiries are typically answered within two business days. Privacy and legal mail is answered within the timelines required by the relevant law (typically 30 days for data-access requests).
What we won't respond to: cold-pitch SEO services, link-exchange requests, AI-generated guest-post offers, and any email that begins “Dear Webmaster.” We're flattered, but we're also full.
Mailing address
CouponHive is operated remotely by a distributed editorial team. We don't maintain a public mailing address. For any matter that requires postal correspondence — typically subpoenas or formal legal notice — please write to legal@couponhive.com first and we'll arrange a service address.
If you're writing about a code that just didn't work, the fastest path is editorial@couponhive.com with the store name in the subject line. We'll get to it before the day is out.
